Prizes include:

• A one-night stay in Whistler, B.C., with a tour of Whistler-area Passive House buildings (travel costs to, from and around Whistler are not included);

Contest Terms and Conditions

The Ice Box Challenge competition is promoted by Passive House Canada [ http://www.passivehousecanada.com/ ], 210 – 620 View Street, Victoria, BC, V8W 1J6. One entry per person. Passive House Canada reserves the right to reject what it deems to be multiple entries. Final verification of remaining ice weight and arbitration will be undertaken by Misty West Engineering, whose decision will be final.

By submitting an entry to the Ice Box Challenge, you understand that, during the course of or in connection with the Event, photographs, video, and other recordings (the “Depictions”) may be taken of you, and your hereby grant Passive House Canada, the City of Vancouver, and their designees and licensees the right, in any and all manner and media throughout the world and in perpetuity, to disseminate, reproduce, record, exhibit, print and publish the Depictions, which may include your name, likeness, for any purpose, including, without limitation as news or informative matter and for advertising and publicizing Passive House Canada, the City of Vancouver, and their designees.
